Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bloom for Claude (the “App”), provided by 100k31d LLC (“100k31d”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Mac App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom end user license agreement is presented through the Mac App Store. These Terms supplement that agreement.

Requirements and third-party services

The App requires a compatible version of macOS, Claude Code signed in to a Claude.ai account, and a plan for which Anthropic makes usage information available. The optional local fallback requires a Claude Code version that supplies rate-limit fields to its status line.

Claude and Anthropic are third-party products and services governed by their own terms and policies. Their names and marks belong to their respective owner. References describe compatibility only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Claude credentials and local configuration

Bloom uses Claude Code’s existing macOS Keychain credential solely to request usage information from Anthropic. It may refresh an expiring token with Anthropic and update the same Claude Code Keychain record. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Claude account and for complying with Anthropic’s terms.

If you enable the optional fallback and grant folder permission, Bloom adds a local wrapper to the Claude Code statusLine setting and stores an exact backup of the previous setting for restoration. Bloom is designed to preserve and continue an existing status-line command, but other tools or later Claude Code changes may replace or prevent the integration.

Use “Disable Local Fallback” before uninstalling if you want Bloom to restore the prior setting automatically. Bloom will not overwrite a newer third-party status-line setting it no longer owns.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, redistribute or resell it without permission, or use it in violation of applicable law. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Accuracy and availability

Usage information is requested from Anthropic using Claude Code’s existing authentication. Bloom may retain and label a last known value when a request fails. Values may be delayed, stale, missing, rounded, or unavailable, and Refresh Now cannot force Anthropic to produce data it does not expose.

We do not control the availability, accuracy, or format of that data, and Anthropic may change or discontinue usage windows or related features at any time. The App is an ambient indicator, not an official billing or account record.

Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature. Some updates may be required to continue using the App with future versions of macOS or Claude Code.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100k31d will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, profits, or business arising from the App. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. Your right to use the App ends if you materially breach them. You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from Claude Code and uninstalling it.

Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 100k31d LLC’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
