Support
Questions, setup trouble, or something that does not look right? We are here to help.
Bloom talks only to Anthropic, and only about your limits. Please do not send credentials, license keys, prompts, responses, or project files when asking for support.
Bloom has no reading yet
Click Connect Claude and finish Anthropic’s sign-in in your browser. The number appears as soon as the connection completes. There is no Terminal command, folder to choose, or token to paste.
The password and consent screens stay in the browser. Bloom only receives the one-time callback and keeps its own refreshable authorization.
Bloom asks to connect again
An authorization can be revoked, expire, or be withdrawn from your Anthropic account. When that happens, Bloom names the state and offers Connect Claude… again — signing in once more restores the reading.
The number looks stale
Bloom refreshes every five minutes, every ten in Low Power Mode, and again on launch, on wake, and when you ask. If Anthropic is unavailable or is rate-limiting refreshes, Bloom keeps the last exact reading and labels it rather than inventing a newer one.
Choose Refresh Now from Bloom’s menu to try immediately.
No percentage is shown at all
Some plans and capacity states — including credit, allowance, and usage-based arrangements — are ones for which Anthropic does not report a percentage. Bloom names the state instead of fabricating a number.
The bloom is hidden or hard to reach
Click the Bloom icon in the menu bar and choose Show Bloom. The same menu contains size, opacity, motion, always-on-top, and click-through controls. If click-through is enabled, the menu-bar icon is how you regain control.
