Bloom for Claude asks Anthropic for your usage limits and nothing else. It contains no analytics or advertising, has no developer server, and sends no usage data to 100k31d.

Who we are

Bloom for Claude (the “App”) is provided by 100k31d LLC (“100k31d”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

Connecting your Claude account

When you choose Connect Claude, Bloom opens Anthropic’s authorization page in your browser and listens on a temporary local port only long enough to receive the one-time callback. Your password and consent screens stay in the browser; Bloom never sees them.

Bloom stores its own authorization document as an owner-only file in its private Application Support folder, refreshes it directly with Anthropic, and uses it for one purpose: requesting your usage limits. Credentials are never written to preferences or logs. Bloom does not read, refresh, or modify any other application’s Keychain items.

Information the App processes

Requests go directly from your Mac to Anthropic and do not pass through a 100k31d server. Bloom refreshes about every five minutes, every ten in Low Power Mode, and again on launch, on wake, on your request, and after relevant Claude activity. It contacts Anthropic’s token service only near expiry or after an authorization failure, and honors rate-limit cooldowns.

Bloom never reads your chats, prompts, responses, transcripts, tool output, project folders, or source code.

Local storage

Bloom stores the following information locally:

  • its own refreshable authorization document, as an owner-only file in Bloom’s private Application Support folder;
  • a sanitized usage cache containing only parsed percentages, reset dates, plan metadata, and the time of the last successful update; and
  • App preferences such as flower appearance, size, opacity, motion, and window position.

Earlier installations

Older Bloom builds could install a Claude Code status-line wrapper after you selected a folder. An existing installation may still read that last local snapshot while it connects in the browser. After a successful direct reading, Bloom restores your previous status-line setting exactly and removes its saved folder bookmark. New installations never request the Claude folder or edit Claude settings.

Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Bloom never sends a support message automatically. We use this information only to respond and retain it only as needed for support and ordinary business records.

Data collection and sharing

We do not receive your Claude usage data. The App has no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, no account system, and no developer server, and it does not sell or share personal information. Bloom’s network access is limited by implementation to Anthropic hosts. Links you choose in the App open in your default browser.

Apple may process download, purchase, diagnostic, or App Store data under its own privacy policy. Anthropic may process your use of Claude under its own terms and privacy policy. Those services are controlled by Apple and Anthropic, not by Bloom.

Your choices

You choose whether to connect a Claude account, and you can revoke Bloom’s authorization at any time from your Anthropic account. Deleting Bloom’s app data or sandbox container removes its stored authorization, the sanitized usage cache, and App preferences.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. The current version and its effective date will always be available on this page.
